Shipping & Delivery

Astral Drift products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production and delivery partners. Production time is separate from shipping time, and orders may occasionally ship in more than one parcel or from different fulfilment facilities.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and order size and are shown at checkout before payment. Astral Drift does not currently offer a general free-shipping threshold.

Estimated delivery times
Australia: approximately 6–12 business days
United States: approximately 5–9 business days
Canada: approximately 5–9 business days
United Kingdom: approximately 5–9 business days
New Zealand: approximately 12–25 business days

These are estimates and include expected production and delivery time. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders
Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or other local charges may apply. These amounts may be collected at checkout or may be payable to the carrier or relevant authority depending on the destination and applicable law.

Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, as changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

If an order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Contact@astraldrift.au or through our Contact page with your order details so we can investigate.
